IIRC they don't count for favor.

No books, just bonuses from shrines, and missions/dungeons.

But really, doing a few dungeons in HM on double weekend will get you a crapload of points

For an easy 15k Delver points just complete a Time for Heroes, the easiest point you will get.

At the end of the week-end, make the increased reputation gain permanent. These titles are pure unadulterated grind, confer next to no feeling of accomplishment, and affect nothing important whatsoever.
